You have NO INTERNET TOMORROW (July 9th 2012)

If you wake up tomorrow and find out that you have no internet, and can't get to your facebook, or twitter, then you have something on your PC called DNS Changer, what is it you say?  Well heres the explanation from "DCWG" - DNS Changer Working Group

"The botnet operated by Rove Digital altered user DNS settings, pointing victims to malicious DNS in data centers in Estonia, New York, and Chicago. The malicious DNS servers would give fake, malicious answers, altering user searches, and promoting fake and dangerous products. Because every web search starts with DNS, the malware showed users an altered version of the Internet."

You can go to this site , and find out how to detect & fix the issue, this only affects users using a Windows PC. Now you can use the fix(s) that they mention, but I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND to
just to a system restore, So if you haven't already Back up your data, which you should of already did a long while ago!!  But if not go purchase a usb hard drive and copy your documents, photos, and other stuff that important  to you, to the usb drive. (just as a quick basic way to get them safe!) then make sure you run your anti-malware/virus software to scan the new files on your usb back drive, or take your system to a PC service, like Geek Squad, Debug IT or your local tech guy... BUT make sure you if you don't have a backup to tell them that, so they will make one for you!! before losing all the important files you have been keeping on the PC. But if you want to do it yourself use the system restore discs or command, hopefully you still have your manual and look at the guide how to restore your PC. In the future look at backing up your files regularly to that USB drive either with Windows Backup which is FREE (for Vista & 7 here is how to do it), but if your using Windows XP even know they do have backup software included it's not that good, I would recommend Todo Backup Workstation from EASEUS, you can Purchase that here. BTW if you your not infected, BACK UP your files anyway, in the matter I mention to keep them safe.
